Frequently Asked Questions
Accounts
You can register either as an employer or as a freelancer, depending on whether you want to hire talent or find work. Employers can post jobs or projects, while freelancers can browse available listings and submit proposals. If you’d like to do both, you can create both profiles under a single account, giving you the flexibility to switch between hiring and freelancing whenever you need.
Yes. Our system allows you to manage both roles within one account. You can post jobs and hire freelancers as an employer, and also browse projects to apply as a freelancer. This is useful if you sometimes need help for your own business while also offering your skills to others.
If you no longer wish to use the platform, you can delete your account directly from your profile settings page. Once deleted, all of your data, projects, and proposals will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We recommend withdrawing any remaining funds before deleting your account.tent
Projects & Jobs
Employers can easily create a new job or project by filling out a short form in their dashboard. You’ll be asked to provide details such as the project title, description, budget (fixed price or hourly rate), skills required, and deadlines. Once published, your job will appear in the marketplace where freelancers can view and apply.
Freelancers can browse the job marketplace, filter by skills, budget, or category, and then submit a proposal. A proposal usually includes a cover message, bid amount, and estimated timeline. The employer will review your application along with others and decide whether to move forward with you.
When freelancers apply, all proposals are collected in the employer’s dashboard. Employers can read through freelancer profiles, reviews, bid amounts, and cover messages. From there, they can shortlist candidates, communicate via messages, and either accept or decline proposals based on their project needs.
Yes. Employers can make edits to their project details, such as adjusting the budget, deadline, or description. If a project is no longer needed, you can close or cancel it directly from your dashboard. This ensures only active and relevant jobs remain visible to freelancers.
Payments
Employers define the payment type when posting a job — either a fixed price or an hourly rate. Payments are held securely within the platform until the work is delivered and approved. Once the employer confirms satisfaction, the funds are released to the freelancer. This system protects both sides from risk.
Yes, all transactions go through our secure payment gateway. We use encryption and verification methods to ensure that money is transferred safely. Employers can be confident their funds are protected until work is approved, and freelancers can trust that they will get paid for their work.
After payments are released, freelancers can withdraw their earnings using available withdrawal methods such as bank transfers, PayPal, or other supported services. Withdrawal times may vary depending on the chosen method, but all transactions are processed quickly and securely.
Support & Security
If an employer and freelancer cannot reach an agreement, either party can open a dispute. Our support team will review the case, evaluate the evidence, and work toward a fair resolution. This ensures that disagreements are handled professionally and fairly, protecting both sides.
